Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility
This is a 13-week contract position.
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in North Scottsdale. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapy services, following treatment plans and delivering interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients to determine their therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set appropriate goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license as required by state law, along with relevant certifications and clinical experience in a skilled nursing setting.
