SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Overview We are hiring immediately for full‑time Shift Supervisor positions at Winston‑Salem Forsyth County Schools. The primary location is 2500 West Mountain Street, Kernersville, NC 27284. Openings are also available at other district locations. Job Specification Schedule: Full‑time Monday through Friday, with shifts of 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, or 12:00 PM–8:30 PM. Scheduling flexibility will be discussed during the interview. Full and part‑time schedules may be accommodated as needed. Requirements: 2–4 years supervisory and general cleaning experience. Pay: $16.25 to $17.25 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor employees, develop them, and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
