Lead Our Contact Dermatitis Initiative! Our organization is on the lookout for a Director to spearhead and expand our Contact Dermatitis Program.

Role Overview:

• Oversee and enhance clinical services within the Contact Dermatitis Program, a specialized clinic dedicated to patients suffering from dermatitis and work-related skin conditions.
• Collaborate closely with the esteemed Chair of Dermatology.

About Our Dermatology Department:

• A comprehensive practice and a primary teaching site for the Harvard Combined Dermatology Residency Program.
• Comprises a team of 17 physicians, 6 nurse practitioners, a Mohs fellow, and two Dermatology NP trainees.
• Welcoming the inaugural class of Medical Students at the new regional medical campus.
• Features a robust high-risk skin cancer program.
• Operates a busy Mohs surgery service.
• Hosts the only Hansen's Disease clinic in the New England region.
• Offers a dedicated inpatient consultative dermatology team.
• Includes a comprehensive phototherapy unit.
• Provides specialty programs addressing a variety of conditions, including cutaneous lymphoma, contact dermatitis, immunobullous diseases, hidradenitis suppurativa, rheumatology-dermatology, infectious dermatology, hair loss, transgender medicine, and cosmetic dermatology.

Facility Locations:

• Burlington, MA: A brand new, state-of-the-art facility spanning 17,300 sq ft.
• Peabody, MA (North Shore): Offers comprehensive general dermatology, Mohs surgery, and phototherapy services.
• Lexington, MA: The first cosmetic surgery center in the greater Boston area affiliated with a major academic medical institution.
• Lynnfield, MA: A newly constructed building at Lynnfield Market, featuring over 80 shops and restaurants, providing general dermatology and cosmetic services.

About Our Hospital & Medical Center:

• A 370-bed tertiary care facility located in Burlington, MA.
• In partnership with the regional medical school campus.
• Situated just north of Boston, offering access to excellent educational institutions, a wealth of cultural activities, and convenient proximity to mountains and the coastline.

Qualifications:

• Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts is required.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $400,000.00 and $450,000.00 USD annually. This range reflects the organization's good faith estimate of the expected pay for this role at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, specialty, location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible considerations. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, including bonuses related to productivity and quality.
