Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

As an acquisitions specialist, you will buy houses on behalf of Myers Home Buyers, sourcing and negotiating off‑market properties directly with sellers. You bring the skill, while the company provides the capital. The role operates in the DFW market with over 3,000 company transactions. Compensation Industry‑leading commission : 80% direct payout plus 10% agent revenue‑share pool (90% of every commission dollar returns to agents). Acquisitions earn 60% on each transaction you source. Growth Path Start in acquisitions (60% payout), advance to team lead with split and revenue share, or become an investor purchasing your own properties. Income streams include commissions, wholesale fees, fix & flip, rentals, and revenue share. Additional Benefits Personal brand and AI‑driven CRM with seller analytics. Weekly live classes with active investors and leadership. One‑on‑one mentorship focused on closing your first deal. Qualifications and Requirements Active Texas real estate license. 100% commission structure with no base salary. Full brokerage support for contracts, compliance, and transaction coordination.
