Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

Additional Details:

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Required Skills/Experience: - Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. - 1-2 years experience required.

Special Requests: - All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. - Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Shift & Scheduling: - This shift could also be changed to 4 10 hr. days if there is limited interest in the 8 hour days. - Every other weekend. - No call required.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required
