Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to hunt and close new businesses within NC. You will consult directly with business owners and executives to replace legacy systems with our state-of-the-art, cloud-hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services.(Hybrid – meaning we do meet in person in our downtown Greensboro office on occasion and it would require attendance)

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline by executing in-person cold calls, networking, and attending local business events. [
• Consultative Selling: Meet with decision-makers to evaluate their current communication infrastructure and tailor customized VoIP solutions that cut costs and increase productivity. 
• Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, face-to-face presentations that effectively demonstrate the features and advantages of cloud-based communications. 
• Deal Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions within our CRM.
• Client Retention: Collaborate with our technical specialists to ensure smooth installation and provide ongoing relationship management to encourage referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B (Business-to-Business) outside sales, telecommunications, or SaaS solutions.
• Skills: Strong consultative, negotiating, and closing abilities.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM, MS Office, Google Docs, and a solid general understanding of IT and networking concepts.
• Drive: Highly competitive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
• Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for daily travel to customers as needed.
