Ideal Candidate

An ideal candidate would be a physician with a minimum of 3 years of Primary Care experience, someone who has successfully managed their own panel and built strong patient relationships. Leadership experience is not required — but clinical maturity, dependability, and a history of high‑quality care are essential.

Your Role

You'll lead a dedicated team, mentor APPs, shape clinical operations, and help drive the continued growth of a practice central to the Great Barrington community.
