Job Description & Requirements MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Franklin, Indiana. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Requirements Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Must have graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be actively in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements may be determined by the client facility. Duties & Responsibilities The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. This includes providing direct patient care, evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals, set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develops a plan of care for each patient. Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals. Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
