About the role: Driven by a curious and collaborative spirit, the Fashion Strategy team unifies and guides teams in the formulation and execution of key strategies and initiatives, nourishes the organization with an understanding of internal and external dynamics, and synthesizes the activities and objectives of the division through rich storytelling. This role is uniquely positioned to support the team with strategic analysis and communication to leadership and teams across the division. With the cross-functional nature of this position you will play a key role in helping to build strong relationships with a broad range of teams across the organization and unifying the objectives across projects. The role will report into the Senior Group Director, Fashion Strategy. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Fashion Division Governance & Leadership Cadence : Coordinate the governance , including calendar, agendas, and materials for key leadership forums; manage the Fashion Division Priorities Tracker; ensure clear follow - through and leadership visibility. Executive Communication & Strategic Storytelling : Support the development of executive - ready strategic decks (Budget, MTP, Country Review) , talking points, and narratives; translate complex analysis into clear, concise storytelling for senior audiences. Cross - Functional Orchestration & Project Management : Act as a strategic thought partner across functions; manage cross - functional initiatives, action planning, and delivery cadence and milestones. Engagement : Lead Fashion Division engagement moments moments such as Lunch & Learns, ensuring strong execution and speaker readiness. Business Insight & Strategic Analysis : Support analysis and action - planning on strategic questions; monitor industry and competitive trends to inform leadership discussions. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
