We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Trauma Non-Surgical ACNP or PA-C to join a high-performing multidisciplinary trauma service dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. Position Highlights Full-time opportunity Collaborative trauma and critical care team Manage complex trauma patients across the continuum of care Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits CME allowance and professional development support Flexible scheduling options Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for trauma patients Manage non-surgical trauma admissions, consultations, and follow-up care Coordinate care with trauma surgeons, intensivists, nursing staff, and ancillary services Order and interpret diagnostic studies Perform procedures within scope of practice Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning Provide patient and family education Qualifications Current certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) Active state licensure or eligibility Trauma, acute care, emergency medicine, or critical care experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills ATLS certification preferred Ideal Candidate We are looking for a provider who thrives in a collaborative environment, values evidence-based practice, and is passionate about improving outcomes for trauma patients.
