Temporary Retail Inventory Associate (3-Day Project)

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for a 3-day retail inventory project . Inventory Associates will be responsible for accurately counting merchandise throughout the store using handheld scanning devices or manual count sheets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy fast-paced work, can follow directions, and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify retail merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Use handheld scanners or inventory counting sheets to record quantities accurately.
• Ensure inventory counts are completed according to company procedures.
• Identify and report discrepancies or damaged merchandise.
• Work efficiently to meet daily inventory goals.
• Follow instructions from inventory supervisors and team leads.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during the project.
• Adhere to all safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, warehouse, stocking, or inventory experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for all three project days.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Schedule

• Duration: 3-day temporary project
• Hours: Full-day shifts (exact schedule will be provided prior to the project)
• Attendance: Must be available to work all days.
