Asset Management Analyst

Our client, a real estate development firm based in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to support the asset management team in optimizing portfolio performance. This role requires strong financial modeling and analytical skills and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on strategic asset management initiatives. You will work on a diverse portfolio comprised of commercial, residential, and raw land properties. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to track asset performance and investment returns. Analyze property-level and portfolio-wide financial data to identify opportunities for value creation. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support refinancing, recapitalization, and disposition strategies. Collaborate with 3rd party property management teams to enhance asset performance. Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Other duties as outlined by the Head of Asset Management Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, or investment analysis. Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with commercial or multifamily assets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be willing to work in the Woodlands full time Competitive salary [$85,000 - $115,000 DOE] with performance-based bonuses. Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company match.
