Manufacturing Engineer role at Xaloy LLC Overview The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a genuine passion for building impactful solutions. You will play a critical role in creating and refining processes to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications Support Operations and Maintenance in reducing or eliminating equipment and tooling downtime, using solid analytical methodologies, including hands-on evaluation and interaction with plant personnel Manage capacity addition, process improvement, and/or equipment replacement projects, including project scope, costing, business case development, resource planning, timeline, and execution Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop improvement initiatives (process, equipment, product) with scope of work, timelines, labor requirements, costs, and return on investment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering and capital project management in metalworking/machining manufacturing processes Experience with CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is desirable Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Manufacturing and Engineering Industries: Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
