Mailroom Client Services Support

Responsibilities:


• Review electronic files for print readiness and perform pre-delivery quality control checks

• Print, punch, bind, assemble, sort, and laminate documents

• Receive, log, deliver, and track all activity for reporting purposes

• Provide mail services, including processing inbound/outbound packages and performing mail runs

• Perform routine equipment upkeep and basic maintenance, including managing service calls and ordering supplies for fax machines

Requirements:


• High School Diploma or GED required

• at least 1 year of relevant experience

• Ability to process inbound and outbound packages

• Willingness to be cross trained in print services after mastering mail services

• Ability to perform routine equipment upkeep and basic maintenance

• Strong attention to detail for quality control checks

• Ability to manage, log, and track service activities

• Comfortable wearing a required uniform provided by the company

Available 1st Shift hours: Monday-Friday

• 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
