Research EngineerParadise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Engineer to join our team. As a leading manufacturer of architectural panels and steel products, we are committed to innovation and continuous improvement. We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for research and development and can help us drive our company forward.Key Responsibilities:Conduct research and development activities related to architectural panels and steel productsDesign and develop new products and processes, and improve existing onesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products and processesConduct experiments and tests to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvementAnalyze data and present findings to management and other stakeholdersStay up to date with industry trends and advancements in materials and technologiesParticipate in product design reviews and provide technical insights and recommendationsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners for research and development collaborationsWrite technical reports and documentation to support product development and improvementEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company standardsProvide technical support to production and quality control teams as neededAssist with the preparation of patent applications and other intellectual property protection effortsQualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product design principlesExperience with CAD software and simulation toolsProficiency in data analysis and statistical methodsExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of successful project management and executionFamiliarity with patent laws and intellectual property protection is a plusAt Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
