About the Role
The Company is seeking a Compliance Risk Assessment Officer VP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise and leading the CRA team in conducting compliance risk assessments for various U.S. entities. This includes leading meetings with business stakeholders to understand their products, services, and associated risks and controls. The role also involves designing action plans to address any identified control gaps, managing the CRA process, and ensuring the team is up to date with regulatory changes that impact the CRA framework. Applicants for the Compliance Risk Assessment Officer VP position at the company should have a strong background in compliance and risk assessment, with the ability to provide leadership and guidance to CRA stakeholders. The role requires the development of risk dashboards, management of the CRA team's review and challenge responses, and support for the integration of CRA results with the activities of the compliance department. The ideal candidate will be adept at presenting CRA results to senior management and will be involved in the continuous enhancement of the CRA framework.
