• Salary/Pay Rate: From $18.00 per hour (Base pay + monthly commission)
• Location: Springfield, NJ / Feasterville, PA (Travel to event locations required)

The Opportunity

You will serve as the charismatic face of Exteriors By Global Home at high-visibility events, festivals, and retail venues. You will engage directly with homeowners to spark interest in our high-end roofing, siding, window, door, and gutter solutions. This role empowers you to build professional connections, drive company growth, and elevate your earnings through performance-based commissions.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Represent Exteriors By Global Home at home shows, festivals, street fairs, canvassing events, and select Costco locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations to introduce our premium exterior services.
• Generate qualified sales leads by identifying homeowners with upcoming renovation needs.
• Communicate key features and benefits of our top-tier roofing, siding, window, door, and gutter products.
• Travel to assigned event and retail locations across the regional market.
• Maintain an active, energetic presence while standing for extended periods during shifts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to event sites.
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• High level of energy, charisma, and comfort approaching members of the public.
• Willingness to travel across event and retail locations throughout the region.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 1 year of experience in marketing, event promotion, or direct sales.
• 1 year of experience or familiarity with the exterior home improvement industry.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work peak weekend event hours.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly base pay ($18.00/hour) plus monthly uncapped commission bonuses.
