A well-established specialty construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead small to large-scale projects throughout New England. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with field leadership to resolve labor, material, and schedule issues
• Act as the primary liaison with general contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure work meets project specifications, industry standards, and quality expectations
• Prepare and manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules of values
• Track project progress, budgets, and contractual responsibilities
• Participate in job site meetings and coordinate with other trades

What We're Looking For

• Construction project management experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software experience preferred
