Responsibilities

- Perform assembly, integration, check-out, and testing of prototype weapon systems with electro-mechanical, power electronics, processors, and advanced sensors.
- Interpret and execute detailed drawings, electrical schematics, build plans, work orders, and test procedures.
- Collect and store build and test data, including digital images and handwritten records, to support End-Item Data Packages.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety practices for ESD-sensitive components, high-voltage electronics, and clean-room protocols.
- Maintain secure handling protocols for Controlled Unclassified Information and SECRET materials.
- Participate in live system demonstrations for the Department of Defense, including on-site assembly and live-fire testing at government facilities.
- Travel up to 20% as required for project support and demonstrations.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2-5 years' experience in military or aerospace weapon system assembly and integration.
- Skilled in electrical cable, harness fabrication, and system check-out.
- Proficient with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and power supplies.
- Active DoD SECRET security clearance.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with precision servo-driven mechanisms, missiles, or gun-launched systems.
- Handling of energetic materials (1.1A safety hazard class).
- Basic machining skills (operation of mill and lathe).
- Active TOP-SECRET clearance.
