Grain Specialist Harvest Season Location: Sedan, NE Employment Type: Temp-To-Hire Job Summary: Advance Services, Inc. is now hiring Grain Specialists for the upcoming 2026 harvest season in Sedan, NE. This is an excellent seasonal opportunity to work in a hands-on agricultural environment, supporting grain handling operations during one of the busiest and most critical times of the year. We're looking for dependable individuals who are ready to work hard, stay safe, and contribute to a successful harvest. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving and unloading grain from trucks
• Operate and monitor grain handling equipment such as augers, conveyors, and dryers
• Load outbound grain shipments per supervisor instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe work area including sweeping, shoveling, and general housekeeping
• Observe and report any grain quality issues or safety hazards
• Work closely with truck drivers and team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow all safety and operational procedures as instructed
