Job Summary Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for a Database Specialist in support of the Army Research Technology Protection Center on an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting… Responsibilities Develop, test, maintain, and operate a database/spreadsheet to support CIDA case management, metrics, and reporting, and provide a matrix on the CIDA workload. Develop, maintain, and update the customer tracking database, and provide metrics on the status of all supported programs (e.g., program milestones, S&T PP status, PPP status, types and numbers of surveys and/or assessments conducted). Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable degree in the Information Technology (IT) field. Six (6) years of experience in Operations support. Required Skills Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates. Working knowledge of using Power BI and SharePoint. Desired Skills Additional certifications in IT programs related to experience are preferred but not required. Recommended certifications for the SQL database developer role are the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Data Platform or the Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional. Experience writing functions and procedures in MS Access and Visual Basic is preferred. Security Clearance
