- Provide timely, professional estimates to customers
- Identify hazards, and price jobs accurately
- Create clear, detailed work orders to communicate job scope to tree crews
- Build and maintain longterm client relationships through consistent followup
- Proactively seek new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance on every job site
- Represent the company with integrity while helping meet sales goals and grow the business
- Must be dependable and show up on time consistently
- Must maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have high ethics and be good with people
- Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Able to understand and communicate tree care needs
- Experience in the tree service industry
- College degree
- ISA Certification
- Pesticide Applicator License
