A respected hospital in Wakefield, Rhode Island is expanding its primary care network with the opening of a new outpatient clinic. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join an established team of 15 physicians serving the community across four outpatient clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients ages 12 years and older
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Perform preventive care and annual wellness visits
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care

Schedule & Call

• Outpatient practice
• Average 20–25 patients per day
• Shared call schedule: 1:8

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Eligible for Rhode Island medical licensure
