Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN Private duty caregiver Pay Rate: $32.00-$36.00 per hour Sign On Bonus: $1,500 (Full-Time Day Shift) | $3,000 (Full-Time Night Shift) Shift: 12-hour day shift. Position Summary As a licensed practical nurse in home healthcare, you will get the opportunity to provide compassionate care to individuals in their home and give back to the heroes who gave so much to our nation. Essential Functions Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include: Provides direct patient care as described in state regulations for LPN, in all cases involving nursing services. Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe, competent care/services to the patient. Assists in maintaining a healthy & safe environment. Evaluates the patient’s needs on a regular basis. Encourages the patient's independence but does not exceed their capabilities outlined out in the Patient’s Care Plan. Other duties as assigned. The Job Location Critical Nurse Staffing (CNS) employees work in the privacy of each patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible in the comfort of their own home. Requirements 2 years of in-home health care experience Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles We Take Care of Our Nurses Benefits eligible at 30+ hours per week.
