Seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for locum coverage in Tiffin, OH. This role offers 24-hour call coverage with a primary focus on newborn patients in a supportive hospital setting.

Coverage Dates: October 3, 5, 6

Setting: Hospital-based, 24-hour call coverage

Caseload: 90% newborn, 5% pediatric, 5% adolescents

Average Daily Census:

• Newborns: 34
• Pediatrics: 01 (every 2 months)

Medical Students: May observe newborn rounds

Onsite Requirement: Provider must live or stay within 30 minutes of the hospital

Credentialing: Emergency temp privileges possible for providers with clean background and active OH license & DEA

Board Certified Preferred (Board Eligible considered if within 5 years of residency)

Ohio License REQUIRED

DEA (Ohio) REQUIRED

BLS & NRP REQUIRED

Newborn Experience REQUIRED

X-ray Interpretation REQUIRED

Circumcision REQUIRED

UVC/UAC Highly Preferred

Must be available for all listed coverage dates

Coverage: 24-hour hospital call

Procedures: Newborn care, circumcision, X-ray interpretation, management of pediatric cases
