This Position Is NOT For You If:

• You have highly inconsistent availability.

We are currently seeking caregivers who have reliable and consistent availability and are committed to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the office team.
• Promote client dignity, independence, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Dependable attendance and consistent availability.
• Previous home care experience preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working with seniors, veterans, or individuals with disabilities.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
