Maintenance Mechanic II
Larkin Community Hospital
Maintenance Technician
1. Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as, plumbing, electrical, painting, patching, carpentry, etc
2. Broad knowledge of the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, machinery such as pressure washers, compressors, etc
3. Able to function in inclement weather, hazardous conditions, and know how to work safely under these conditions
4. Performs one or more skilled tasks in different areas, such as carpentry, electrical, flooring, masonry, plumbing, etc
5. Must be acquainted with all with all emergency operating procedures and demonstrate the ability to operate all hospital systems in emergency conditions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
