Job Description

Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist with a dedicated interest in sickle cell disease to join our hematology team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The physician in this role will provide compassionate, comprehensive care to adult patients living with sickle cell disease and related hematologic conditions within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Opportunity Highlights \n

Provide care for adults with sickle cell disease, including chronic management, transfusion support, and coordination of acute care needs.
Work within an integrated system that includes infusion services, advanced imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, and supportive care teams.
Partner closely with hematology, oncology, primary care, and hospital medicine to ensure continuity of care and timely access for patients.
Participate in program initiatives centered on care coordination, patient education, and quality improvement.
