Overview Montgomery Cabinetry is still growing after 38 years and we are looking for skilled finisher & cabinet builders to add to our team. Responsibilities Work as a builder with 3+ years of experience on custom projects. Set schedules and complete jobs on time. Spray pre‑catalyzed, post‑catalyzed and water‑based finishes. Mix paints and stains to match color samples; apply by spray or wiping. Record and file project samples on an iPad. Sand and prepare surfaces for finishing. Perform touch‑up work in the shop and in the field. Help train other team members in the finishing trade. Maintain equipment to meet safety and performance standards. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a finisher or cabinet builder. Strong time‑management and schedule‑compliance skills. Knowledge of spray‑finishing techniques and color matching. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $40.00 per hour.
