Responsibilities Recruit and hire salespeople for a variety of positions Educate salespeople on the most effective ways to generate leads, provide thorough follow-up, and close deals Oversee the dealership’s day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of employee morale Track prospective and existing customers using the company’s preferred CRM from initial contact to closing the deal and beyond Foster high customer satisfaction with the car buying experience, encouraging referrals and repeat business Track car sales on a regular basis and forecast future sales Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of five years of car dealership experience, with at least one year in a management role, is preferred Valid driver’s license required Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry and any local, state, or federal regulations that affect vehicle sales and/or the automotive industry Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required #J-18808-Ljbffr
