Information Technology Specialist (Technical Facilitator)

This position is in the Department of the Chief Information Office (DCIO), Technology Strategy & Innovation Office (TSIO). Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience must demonstrate ALL areas defined below: Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams. Understanding of software development and DevSecOps. Experience with infrastructure design and solutions architecture. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform), including deployment, resource management, and cloud-native service integration. Desired but not required Expertise in architecting and implementing continuous delivery software pipelines. Proven experience in infrastructure and cloud platform deployment.
