Director of Product Marketing — Proptech Growth & Marketplaces

CoStar Group, Arlington, VA, is seeking a Director of Product Marketing for Matterport to lead positioning across residential real estate, multi-family, and commercial marketplaces. You will own the go-to-market for three brands, build industry narratives, and partner with Sales and Demand Gen. This role requires enterprise B2B experience, AI fluency, and a hands-on leadership style.
