We're seeking a hungry and driven sales representative to help grow the agency. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions across personal, commercial, and life products. • Base hourly salary is $20/hr with first-year earnings of $55,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Quote, present, and close insurance policies
• Build referral networks and ask for referrals
• Cross-sell to existing clients and expand accounts
• Sell personal, commercial, and life insurance products

Requirements

• An active Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred, licensing assistance provided for the right candidate
• Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Confident, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Honest, persistent, and solution-oriented approach
