Caregiver for the Pinch/Elkview Area

Right At Home Caregiver PositionRight at Home is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to assist a bedbound, non-smoking elderly male client in the Pinch/Elkview area. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing total care and committed to ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of the client.Responsibilities Include:Assisting with all personal care needs (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)Turning and repositioning to maintain comfort and prevent skin breakdownUtilizing a Hoyer lift safely for transfersPreparing simple, nutritious mealsPerforming light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe environmentProviding companionship and emotional supportRequirements:Experience with Hoyer lift requiredPrevious experience with total assist or bedbound patients preferredDependable, compassionate, and professional demeanorAbility to work multiple shifts (daytime, evening, or weekend availability preferred)Must be able to pass a background check and drug screeningMust have own transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insuranceHigh school diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years old to applyBenefits:All caregivers get 3 Paid Time Off days for every 1000 hours workedOpportunity to earn additional PTO based on performance/work ethicOpportunity for 401K and health insurance after one year of employmentOngoing paid caregiver trainingOpportunity for growth within the companyCaregiver recognition and appreciation eventsFamily-oriented cultureIf you are dedicated to providing quality care and want to join a caring, professional team, apply today!
