This role is designed as a launchpad. As you build your knowledge and confidence, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a sales position, take on more responsibility, and grow your income through performance and commissions.

No P&C License? No Problem.

You can start right away in a support role. Once you complete your Property & Casualty licensing course, we'll reimburse the cost because we're serious about your success.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with clients and deliver excellent service
• Handle inbound calls and assist with customer needs
• Follow up on billing and policy questions
• Support underwriting and client servicing
• Help develop referral-generating initiatives
• Assist with day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• P&C license, or the motivation to obtain one we'll support you
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
