This role is designed as a launchpad. As you build your knowledge and confidence, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a sales position, take on more responsibility, and grow your income through performance and commissions. No P&C License? No Problem.
You can start right away in a support role. Once you complete your Property & Casualty licensing course, we'll reimburse the cost because we're serious about your success. What You'll Do
- Build relationships with clients and deliver excellent service
- Handle inbound calls and assist with customer needs
- Follow up on billing and policy questions
- Support underwriting and client servicing
- Help develop referral-generating initiatives
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- P&C license, or the motivation to obtain one we'll support you
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
