Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) and 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) available

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime opportunities

Serving our industries since the 1940s, we provide creative chemical products and contract packaging support. Due to recent business expansion, we are rapidly expanding our production team to meet increased customer demand.

Chemical Mixer Role

The Chemical Mixer is responsible for safely and accurately blending raw materials to create high-quality chemical fluids. This position exists to ensure the precise formulation of products before they are transferred to the high-speed automated packaging lines.

Chemical Mixer Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment across multiple rooms to mix liquid chemical formulations
• Monitor 15 to 16 different tanks to ensure proper batch processing
• Pump or transfer completed chemical batches into totes and storage areas for packaging
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation by taking responsibility for individual work areas
• Follow strict safety regulations and operational guidelines to ensure a secure manufacturing environment
• Manage the flow of raw materials efficiently to support high-volume plant production demands
• Coordinate closely with plant leadership and packaging teams to prevent facility logjams
• Participate in mandatory production and planning meetings to align with growth schedules

Chemical Mixer Reporting Relationships

The candidate will report directly to executive leadership and floor supervisors, and the role has no direct reports.

About You

• Bring industrial blending experience as an experienced or junior mixer from related manufacturing sectors
• Demonstrate strong mathematical aptitude to handle product formulas and scaling
• Exhibit exceptional reliability and a consistent 5-day work week, particularly on Mondays
• Maintain open availability to work plentiful overtime shifts, including potential weekends
• Show a strong work ethic and the willpower necessary to build a long-term manufacturing career
• Follow plant safety protocols strictly to prevent operational hazards
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment experiencing rapid commercial growth

Work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled facility featuring full air conditioning, ventilation, airflow management, and industrial blowers.
