This is a Full-Time, in-person employment position.


What Your Role Looks Like:

• Fabricating Complete assemblies used in the erecting process of small to large buildings
• Finish grinding of rails for both aesthetic and safety purposes
• Working with other fabricators to solve complex fabrication task for specialty projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator - Photos or Videos of past work is highly encouraged
• Strong understanding of different welding procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a fabrication environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Have the ability to adapt when jobs require
• Experience with finish grinding of welded materials - specifically finish grinding of rails in relation to NOMA designations
• Past experience with acetylene torch or plasma cutter is a plus+
