If you're someone who enjoys building strong teams, creating operational excellence, and making residents smile one meal at a time, we'd love to meet you.Job ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop culinary and dining team membersFoster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfactionEnsure meals are prepared and served safely while maintaining the highest quality standardsMaintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and company food safety regulationsAssist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance managementMonitor food, labor, and inventory costs while supporting financial goalsPartner with community leadership to continuously improve the resident dining experienceMaintain sanitation standards and ensure survey readinessSupport operational excellence through inventory management, purchasing, and quality assuranceHelp create a welcoming dining environment where residents genuinely enjoy every mealQualificationsCertified Dietary Manager (CDM) credentialAt least 1 year of leadership experience in food service, healthcare, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospitalityKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirementsStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to lead by example in a fast-paced environmentPreferred experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare diningExperience with budgeting, inventory, labor management, and cost controlsExperience preparing for state surveys and maintaining regulatory compliance
