Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally.

Shift Details : Sunday 8am-4:30pm or Complete, Monday - Thursday 11am-7:30pm or Complete

Pay Details : $ 21.50 with potential for up to $ 24.79 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Summary of Role:

Supports warehouse activities involving receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products and packaging materials. Assists with temperature-controlled handling and replenishment tasks to maintain required product conditions. Maintains shipment records and inventory documentation to preserve traceability and compliance. Contributes to efficient warehouse flow through material movement, packaging readiness, and exception handling support.

Responsibilities: Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.

• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.

• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.

• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.

• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.

• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Education :

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

 

Work Experience

• Knowledge in warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.

• Knowledge in shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.

• Knowledge in warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.

• Knowledge in safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.

Nice to have

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
