Under general supervision, the Maintenance Technician II performs services as assigned and directed for the community, the residents, the staff and surrounding grounds. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two years’ experience in the building and construction fields required. HVAC, electrical, painting, and plumbing experience preferred.
