Senior Counsel - Healthcare Tech Transactions
Intuitive
Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery. This experienced, hands-on attorney role supports the business by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including for clinical/human factors studies and healthcare technology.
Requires JD degree and Bar admission, approximately 7+ years of legal experience with 3+ years in-house, and the ability to work in-person at least three days per week in Sunnyvale, CA.
