Coverage Areas: Las Cruces, Deming, Silver City, Truth or Consequences, Alamogordo, and surrounding communities

We're seeking a compassionate, mission‑driven Dentist to support mobile dental services across senior living communities in Southern New Mexico. This is a flexible PRN role ideal for dentists who want predictable supplemental income without the administrative burden of traditional practice settings.

You choose your availability—2–4 weekdays per month —and we schedule visits in your region accordingly.

• Predictable daily rate with zero administrative burden You focus on patient care. We handle scheduling, equipment, supplies, and documentation support.

• 2-4 days/month in your region No statewide travel. We cluster visits close to where you live or prefer to work.

• Flexible scheduling—choose the days that work for you Perfect for clinicians balancing other commitments.

• Perfect supplemental income Ideal for associates, semi‑retired dentists, and PRN providers looking to add stable, low‑stress income.

• Low-volume, mission-driven work serving seniors Provide meaningful care to residents in nursing homes, assisted living communities, and veteran homes.

• Provide routine and preventive dental care

• Complete restorative procedures as needed

• Deliver compassionate care to geriatric and medically complex patients

• Work with facility staff to coordinate residents

• Complete documentation before leaving the facility

• $900 per day

• Mileage reimbursement for all travel

• All equipment, supplies, and support staff provided

• No nights, weekends, or on call

• Low-volume, predictable days (typically 8:30 AM–4:30 PM)
