Job Full Description

We are currently looking for a qualified CDL A Driver for a company located in Ridgeland, SC.

Pay: $21.00/hr.

Schedule: M-F 7am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:

Valid CDL Class A license required
Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
Ability to operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently
Ability to load, unload, and secure cargo when required
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules as needed
Ability to complete driver logs and shipping documentation accurately
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if required by the position

Qualifications:

Previous CDL Class A driving experience preferred
Strong knowledge of transportation and road safety regulations
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to inspect vehicles and identify maintenance concerns
Experience with flatbed, dry van, refrigerated, or local deliveries a plus
Forklift experience or certification a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
