Road Service Tire Technician Full-Time | McCarthy Tire Service Pay Range: $20+ Join Our Team - Where Service Meets the Road! McCarthy Tire Service, a family-owned leader in the tire and automotive service industry, is looking for a Road Service Tire Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working hands-on, have a strong work ethic, and like being out on the road helping customers, this could be the opportunity for you! What You'll Do: Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires - both in-store and at customer locations. Drive to customer sites or respond to roadside calls to inspect and service tires. Safely operate company service vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company safety procedures. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Follow all safety protocols, attend training sessions, and comply with company policies. Be available for night and on-call shifts as scheduled. Take on other duties as needed-flexibility is key in this role! What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED. Minimum age of 18. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience with commercial/heavy-duty tire installation, repair, and service. Strong attention to safety, detail, and customer satisfaction.
