You'll work directly with our customers and team to:
- Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing questions, and general service needs
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer requests
- Help customers understand their insurance coverage and identify potential gaps
- Process policy changes and follow up on outstanding service items
- Assist with renewals and customer retention
- Work closely with the rest of our team to make sure customers receive excellent service
- Look for natural opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
We are an established insurance agency with a strong existing customer base and a team that takes pride in building long-term relationships with our customers. We work hard, but we also believe work should be enjoyable. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the team, take care of our customers, and grow with us over the years. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current insurance license required
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
