Primary Care Physician

You will work on-site at our Lakeland, FL clinic. You will report to the associate medical director. Main Responsibilities You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients. You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation. You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. You will be required to participate in on‑call coverage by phone. Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or willing to obtain one. Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (or board‑eligible). DEA license or willingness to obtain one. One year or more experience working in value‑based health care. Must be screened for TB. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Spanish. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 hours per week Pay Range $255,000 - $298,500 per year. The compensation range may vary based on location and individual skills, qualifications, and experience.
