Sr Employee Relations Specialist/Investigator

As a Sr. ER Specialist/Investigator within the Labor and Employee Relations function/Central Investigations Team, you will support investigations matters and employee relations strategy. This role blends hands-on case ownership with root-cause/corrective-action governance and manager enablement. You will manage assigned matters from intake through closure, develop investigation or ER response plans, gather and review relevant information, document factual findings, coordinate handoffs, and help ensure matters are handled timely, fairly, consistently, and confidentially.The role partners closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, Security, site leadership, HRPs, and business stakeholders to reduce repeat issues, improve documentation quality, and promote a fair, ethical, and respectful workplace.You will work out of our Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
