Clinical Pharmacist Inpatient

Intermountain Health is seeking an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to provide evidence-based medication management for hospitalized patients. In this role, you will verify and optimize medication orders, participate in clinical rounds, monitor therapeutic drug levels, and support antimicrobial stewardship.
