Bilingual Warehouse General Labor Helper

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves manual labor, material handling, and assisting with the organization and movement of inventory to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, and move materials, products, and packages within the warehouse Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with inventory organization and basic stock counts Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (forklift experience a plus) Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times Assist supervisors and team members with general warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications: Must be Bilingual Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred, but not required Work Environment: Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Schedule: Full-time 8am - 5pm may vary Overtime may be required based on workload EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED is required. Previous work experience is required in the logistics field. Basic computer skills such as typing, MS Excel / Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Speaking knowledge of Spanish is helpful. Ability to exercise judgment to quickly solve problems, working with minimal supervision
