Local Sales Manager

Brunson Pump

Job Description Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals Maintain personal sales quota and actively close new business Conduct daily check-ins, coaching, and ride-alongs when needed Monitor team performance, KPIs, and pipeline activity Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue Ensure CRM is updated and used consistently by the team Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales representatives Build and maintain strong customer relationships Requirements: Proven experience in sales (management experience preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage while actively selling Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets Comfortable with cold calling and closing deals Valid driver’s license Company Description We are a family owned business here in El Paso for over 25 years.
